Title:  Area Manager Northern NSW

Agneta is the Area Manager of Complete Staff Solutions’ Grafton, Coffs Harbour and Lismore branches focussing on providing outstanding service to our clients in the Northern region of NSW. Together with the North Coast team Agneta is responsible for growing our brand recognition and bringing new clients on board together with exceeding expectations of our current clients.

The Complete Staff Solutions Northern Rivers Branches are situated locally to the upgrade of the Pacific Highway. Our vision is to continue building relationships with all civil contractors and sub-contractors working on RMS road projects all across Northern NSW. The North Coast Branches have a long standing relationship with RMS supplying Aboriginal workers to undertake Aboriginal artefact recovery. With close connections to the local Aboriginal community we assist employers to meet their indigenous and training targets.

With vast experience in Human Resources Management Agneta has gained thorough skills in all aspects of HR. Agneta has extensive experience in Recruitment and Selection ensuring the right candidates are selected for our clients. Throughout her career Agneta has built solid knowledge of IR and Award Conditions enabling her to provide our clients with reliable information regarding pays and award conditions. In previous HR roles as well as the Manager North Coast she has successfully managed all facets of the WH&S compliance and successful RTW. Agneta is certified to perform Drug and Alcohol testing under the Australian Standards.

Agneta’s experience in Recruitment has seen the North Coast expand and enabled Complete Staff Solutions to be a known and trusted Labour Hire Supplier across many industries such as Construction, Trade, Hospitality, Administration and Customer Service based industries. Agneta has long term relationships with private clients as well as Government bodies. Agneta has worked in management and marketing roles in addition to her time in HR which has given her further insight into what makes businesses successful

Coupled with the experience in HR, Agneta has gained a thorough knowledge of Work Health & Safety through attending Work Cover accredited training courses such as Occupational Health & Safety Training for Committee members as well as Advanced Return to Work Coordination. Agneta is also currently completing Cert IV in WHS to add to her skill set. Agneta has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management along with many courses in management, leadership and training.

Penni Anderson

Title:  Branch Manager

Penni is the Branch Manager of Lismore and joined the Complete Staff Solutions team in 2014. She has over 10 years’ experience in recruitment, together with administration and business management experience. As a Lismore local of many years, Penni is ideally placed to respond to the needs of local businesses unique to the Northern Rivers region and the specific employment conditions and requirements of this area.

In addition to her Management role, Penni also oversees our Trainee Management Services and manages a variety of trainees and apprentices across a vast range of industries and qualifications.

Penni has made strong connections with clients and candidates in the Lismore office which enables Complete Staff Solutions to continue to supply quality personnel to local employers. Penni prides herself on creating strong relationships with our workforce and ensuring that our workers have a positive experience during their time with the Complete Staff Solutions family.

Penni has a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and is dedicated to ensuring we provide the safest work environments for our candidates. She also has Certificate IV in Business Administration, and qualifications in Drug and Alcohol Testing and Return to Work Co-Ordination.

Amber is the most recent addition to the Lismore team and is our friendly Receptionist/Recruitment Support Administrator.

Amber prides herself on her high level of customer service and has over 5 years’ experience in administration and customer service roles. She provides administration support to the Lismore team and is the first point of contact for clients and candidates alike and always ensures they have a positive experience when dealing with our office.

Amber enjoys the fast pace of the recruitment and labour hire industry and is here to assist with any enquiries you may have.

Alison is Recruitment Support for Lismore and joined the Complete Staff Solutions team in February 2018 bringing with her over 18 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, involving business development management, placement services, mentoring as well as educating and supporting injured workers in their return to work process.

Alison assists with both temporary and permanent recruitment for clients in the Northern Rivers across a broad range of industries from blue collar, white collar, community services and local Government.

Alison enjoys engaging with the local community and businesses and has built positive rapport with both our candidate and client base.  Alison has extensive knowledge of our local labour market and has an excellent understanding of our client needs to ensure we providing the highest level of service at all times.

Alison also has an Associate Degree in Law (Para legal Studies), Bachelor of Legal and Justice and most recently completed a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.


Phil Toynton

Title:  Recruitment Consultant & Business Development

Phil joined Complete Staff Solutions in mid-2016 as our Recruitment Consultant and Business Development Officer in the Northern Rivers region based in Lismore.

Phil brings many years of experience in the recruitment industry particularly within the tourism and hospitality sectors. In addition Phil has recent experience working with a variety of our clients ranging from Construction and Trade to Administration roles in Government and Private sector organisations. Phil has successfully placed candidates in positions such as Skilled Labourers, Traffic Control, Aged Care, Administration, Customer Service and Reception.

Phil has a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Sociology, which is supported by a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as well as other qualifications in Construction. Having lived in the area for over 20 years, with close to 10 years in the Recruitment and Staff training Phil is an exciting addition to the Team at Complete Staff Solutions.

Phil has experience working with a variety of our clients ranging from Construction and Trade to Administration in Government and Private sector organisations and has successfully placed candidates in positions such as Skilled Labourers, Traffic Control, Aged Care, Administration, Customer Service and Reception.

Complete Staff Solutions Lismore works closely with a number of Community Based Not for Profit organisations in the region and has developed specialist knowledge to ensure seamless matching of staffing needs and vacancies to placements and requirements of this sector.


Stephen Jolly

Stephen Jolly is the CEO for Complete Staff Solutions and has responsibility for the complete operation including the offices in Sydney, the Mid North Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter and Central Coast regions. He has been involved in the employment industry for over 30 years.
Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Management and Industrial Relations. He has had extensive experience in recruitment and personnel, including the provision of labour hire services, permanent recruitment, outplacement services and training to the public and private sector across a wide range of industries – including executive, administrative, professional, trades and labouring, along with personnel/management consulting.
Stephen has also designed recruitment solutions for a number of large-scale corporate and industrial clients. Stephen has experience in training and lecturing at various institutions, including TAFE, in-house training of clients, corporate events and seminars.
Stephen ensures that the delivery of all Complete Staff Solutions’ services are of the highest standard at all times.

Title:  Work Health & Safety and Welfare Manager

Beverley Parrott has been a WH&S and Welfare Manager for the past 15 years and is responsible for the coordination of all Work Health and Safety for Complete Staff Solutions, including the updating of policy and procedures, education of consultants in new legislation, instructing contractors and temporary staff of Complete Staff Solutions in WH&S procedures and policies and management of Workers Compensation along with Return to Work facilitation.
Beverley’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (History), a Diploma of Education, a Certificate of Applied WH&S Management along with a host of WH&S related certificates such as manual handling, risk management and return to work co-ordination.
