Nicole Pryor – Recruitment Manager Penrith

Nicole is the Branch Manager of the Penrith office having been promoted in May 2018. She is a highly skilled professional, who has over 12 years solid recruitment experience within the labour hire and temporary sectors of recruitment.

Starting off in the industry at the forefront working as a Branch Secretary, Nicole has grown and developed through different areas of recruitment businesses throughout the years. Joining Complete Staff Solutions in 2014 as a Recruitment Administrator/Safety Officer, Nicole was very quick to step up to manage all aspects of WH&S and Drug and Alcohol Testing, servicing clients in the Western Sydney Region.

Nicole thrives on the fast-paced workflow of the recruitment industry, is extremely efficient, a great communicator and has a proactive approach. Nicole believes in outstanding customer service and this is evident in how she deals with our clients and candidates.

Nicole has completed a Diploma in WH&S, Certificate III in Pathology (Drug and Alcohol Testing) and holds a First Aid Certificate.
