I first became involved with Complete Staff Solutions approximately 4 years ago when I applied for casual work with them. Right from the initial interview stage I found them to be courteous, professional and effective. I was regularly placed in a variety of rolls that suited my skill levels. On each new job I was given a thorough induction and regular follow-ups to see that I was being treated fairly and that the places I worked for followed best practise in terms of training and WHS compliance.

Approximately 2 ½ years ago I was offered full time employment through one of my placements and since then I have had on numerous occasions turned to Compete Staff Solutions for labour hire on jobs that I was managing. They have never let me down. The staff they have supplied have always been suited to the roll, well presented and on time. In particular, I would like it to be noted that although I have interacted with the whole team at CSS, most of my dealings have been with Larissa Thomas who has often exceeded my expectations in terms of providing me with solutions to my labour requirements. Larissa’s calm and professional approach is to be commended and I would highly recommend her and the team at CSS for anyone looking for temporary work as well as those looking to engage temporary staff.
